These terms cover your use of HALO (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use HALO.

Early access

HALO is in early access. Memory pages are live. Gift delivery isn't open yet: joining the waitlist doesn't place an order or take payment. HALO on X is a preview, and its numbers are sample data unless clearly marked otherwise.

Memory pages

• You keep ownership of the photos, videos and words you upload. You give us permission to store and show them to people who have your page's link, only so the page works.
• Only upload things you have the right to share, and don't upload anything that shows someone in a way they wouldn't agree to.
• No illegal content, nudity, hate, harassment, violence, or anything involving minors that isn't a normal family moment.
• Anyone with your edit link can change the page. Keep it private.
• We may remove pages that break these rules or that people report, and we may limit sizes and numbers of uploads.

Gifts

When gift delivery opens, each order will show its price, what's included, delivery area and refund terms before you pay. Those order terms will apply on top of these.

Your account

You don't need an account for memory pages or the gift waitlist. Signing in with X is only for HALO on X. HALO isn't affiliated with X Corp.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep HALO running and your pages safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own copies of photos and videos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? Contact us.
